- Account Data: Your username and email address that you voluntarily provide when registering in the application to verify your identity via OTP code. Your access password is processed securely using a one-way hashing algorithm and is never visible in plain text on our servers.
- Activity Data (Server): We store on our servers the playlists you create (their names and associated tracks), the ratings (favorites/hearts) you assign, your play counts history (used for profile statistics and to feed the recommendation engine), and tracks you choose to discard or hide.
- Local Data (Device): Your recent search history is stored locally and exclusively on your mobile device using the application's local storage (`SharedPreferences`). This information is only used to speed up your searches and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time from the app settings.
3. Use of YouTube API Services
Our application uses YouTube API Services to search, synchronize, and play video and audio tracks provided by YouTube.
By using the playback and search features in MyPlayList, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You agree to the guidelines established in the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Account Data Clarification: Our application performs music searches using a global server API key and does not require or request you to log in with your personal Google or YouTube account. Therefore, we do not access, collect, or store any personal data related to your Google/YouTube profile.
4. Cookies and Web Storage
This website corresponding to MyPlayList's legal pages only uses temporary technical cookies essential for technical functioning (such as protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery or CSRF). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Data
All user information is transmitted using secure encrypted connections (HTTPS). The collected data is stored securely in our database servers, protected by firewalls and restricted access controls.
6. Data and Account Deletion
You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (playlists, favorites, and play counts) at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly and instantly from within the mobile application by navigating to Profile Settings, scrolling down to the "Danger Zone" section, and selecting "Delete Account". Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to adapt to legislative changes or new application features. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice.
