By downloading, registering, or using the mobile application and web services of MyPlayList, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the points described below, you must refrain from using the application.
2. Description of Service
MyPlayList offers a personal digital music management and organization service. It allows users to organize their favorite music using playlists, rate songs (favorites), and discover recommendations. The music catalog is synchronized across your devices using your registered email account.
3. Third-Party Content Ownership and Use
Our application does not host, store persistently, or distribute any proprietary media files. All video and audio content is played directly in real-time from YouTube.
Therefore:
- The use of the integrated music player implies acceptance of the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You must respect the intellectual property rights, copyright, and licensing conditions of the creators of the videos and performers of the tracks you add to your lists.
- The availability of the music in your catalog is linked to the physical availability of the public video on YouTube. If a creator deletes their video or YouTube restricts its playback in your geographical region, the item will stop playing in MyPlayList.
4. Acceptable Use of the Service
You agree to use MyPlayList only for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use any function of the app to download, extract, or illegally copy audio or video files locally (such as MP3/MP4 converters).
- Use the backend API or the mobile player through bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools.
- Evade geographic, age, or access control restrictions set by YouTube or our server.
5. Registration and Account Security
To use synchronization features, you must register by providing a valid email address to receive your OTP code. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
The MyPlayList service is provided "as is" and "as available". We offer no implied or express warranties regarding uninterrupted operation of the system. MyPlayList is not responsible for technical failures depending on the infrastructure of YouTube API Services, or for the temporary deactivation of the server's quota keys preventing video searches.
7. Modifications and Suspension of Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service temporarily or permanently at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or make abusive calls to our servers.
